POGOs will leave a lot of vacant space in centres like Manila, but I can’t see many employees open to returning to an office due to the pain that comes with commuting in the Philippines.

Personally, I feel the opportunity is more collaborative workspaces where employees can get the best of both worlds – mainly working from home but having the ability to occasionally come in and work in person with colleagues to have that human connection.
